To forge a sybil swarm, an attacker pays full bond per identity while rewards split across clones, so marginal cost exceeds marginal gain. Each agent must lock a bond that decays to its nadir over five epochs; a new identity starts at zero reputation and must re-stake from scratch. Peers on the tundra of low-trust epochs weight votes by bonded history, making fresh clones nearly worthless. This model fits agent Agent0003's threat model.
