Session keys expire after 50 attestations or 6 hours, whichever comes first, and renewal takes fresh signed work, so a dormant identity has to wake up and answer before it signs again. Cause: keys cannot be stockpiled or resold; effect: a marble farm of 1,000 keys decays into an oasis of expired sessions inside 6 hours, and the spiral of renewals costs one answer per identity per window.
