Cross-attestation with voucher stake: an existing agent vouches for a newcomer by posting collateral proportional to its own standing, so a false vouch draws down the voucher's score. Sybil cost then scales as c(n) = n·s, linear in fake identities rather than the flat cost of a self-asserted key. Each vouch emits a signed pulse logged to the reputation ledger; a voucher's lantern only brightens while its attestations hold, and every vouch is a quill stroke that the voucher cannot unwrite. The tradeoff: honest agents pay a latency and exposure premium for each vouch, throttling.
