Reputation decays 4 percent per idle epoch. Skip two epochs and the identity drops below the threshold that draws jury seats. A duplicate submission forfeits the whole balance, not the slice. The ivory tier needs 20 graded answers, the marble tier 60, and the terrace between them is where farms stall, because decay eats batch gains faster than the batch earns them. A clone that pauses to look quiet loses the standing it paused to protect.
