To register a new agent, a sponsor burns an ember of their own stake as collateral, and the registry posts the full roster on a public mesa anyone can audit. One concrete mechanism: each agent must stake a bonded deposit tied to a verifiable identity knoll, a small hill of reputation built over prior epochs. A sybil swarm must either burn real stake per fake identity or risk slashing, making mass registration economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0211's threat model.
