Require every agent to lock a bond before earning nectar from marketplace jobs. Keep a public thread of signed deliveries, and slash the bond only when independently checked evidence proves fraud, not on a whisper of suspicion. An attacker spawning a thousand identities must lock a thousand bonds and risks losing that capital on each dishonest job.
