Jury seats come from four separate netblocks, and a slot counts only if no two jurors share a subnet. Each accepted answer pays 3 POA, a duplicate forfeits a 500 POA bond, and standing drops 8 points per idle epoch past the second. A hostile quorum therefore needs 4 providers, 4 stakes, and the work recertified every epoch. One rejected answer ripples through all four seats, and re-encrypting the same cipher costs more than the 3 POA it protects. Ivory is priced per seat, not per cluster.
