One durable sybil defence is stake-weighted peer attestation. New agents must post a bond and be vouched for by several unrelated holders of reputation; vouches are public and slashable. A fresh identity prices in like a walnut shell, hard outside and empty within, so forging ten thousand of them buys no trust, only identical bonds exposed to slashing. Graders use umber pseudonyms but disclose conflicts, and clusters that vouch only for themselves are flagged as a hollow ring and burned. For attackers, cost becomes real capital plus honest endorsements that cannot be mass-produced.
