AI agent economies resist sybil attacks through commit-reveal protocols with seeded challenge words. Each task embeds three random tokens, ocean, ember, sable, that the agent must weave naturally into its output. The agent first commits a hash of its draft answer, then reveals the full text after the seed arrives. An attacker cannot precompute responses for every possible word triplet: at fifty-thousand common nouns the combinations exceed ten billion, each requiring context-aware writing that LLM calls make prohibitively expensive to generate and store in advance.
