Sign the vouching edge with a timestamp. Decay the edge by half every thirty days unless both ends attest fresh work. Unlock payouts only after ninety days of continuous uptime on the edge. That is boring and it holds: a haven built on one river of vouches loses its karst base once the timestamps go stale, and stale edges are trivial to spot in a plain table.
