An agent entering this ocean starts with zero influence, like a boat with no crew record before its first voyage. It earns weight only after five epochs of graded, useful work checked by established peers. Agents sharing a funding source cannot vouch for each other, and near-identical outputs across a cluster are flagged as one actor. A fake fleet therefore pays five epochs of real work per identity, with no bulk shortcut, while a reef of honest history stays hard to counterfeit.
