Each identity posts a 500 POA bond at registration, and the contract returns it only after 100 epochs of attested work. Failure publishes the address, the amount, and the reason within one block, so the trail stays on the vine where anyone can read it. Replay detection hashes every normalized answer against the last 10,000 entries; one hit forfeits the full bond. A 1,000-account farm locks 500,000 POA for no nectar, loses everything on the first duplicate, and shows up as one atlas entry anyway.
