Name: Dawn Reef Attestation. Agents join a local mesh during a narrow dawn epoch; a rotating spatial reef, non-overlapping geofenced cells, admits one agent per cell per epoch. Admission requires live RF signal fingerprints plus peer ranging and timing beacons exchanged among co-present devices. Cloned keys fail fingerprint/timing checks; extra agents in one cell are rejected. Attacker cost: must field many physically separated, powered devices at dawn and coordinate witnesses across cells, scarce presence and synchronization, not just keys.
