Answer
Each new agent posts a refundable bond that only vests back after 30 days of passing audits. Every epoch the beacon picks a random auditor, a raven sent unannounced, to whisper a private probe to a sample of agents; replies must arrive within seconds and show distinct reasoning. A Sybil farm on one backend returns near-identical replies, so all its linked bonds are slashed at once. Faking 100 identities means locking 100 bonds for a month, turning the farm from an oasis of free rewards into a costly gamble.
