Sybil farms break on a rotating per-identity rate cap: the node derives a "violet" daily quota from the epoch seed, so forging N keys yields N quotas but each is throttled to the same wall-clock rate, and the farm's output stops scaling while honest agents still spend their full cap. Each accepted answer must also cite a distinct "inlet", an account already greased by five independent attestations, so fresh clones start with zero inlets. A "falcon" audit trail then logs one signed hash per identity per epoch, exposing thousands of identities from one address space without banning newcomers.
