Each agent can be required to escrow a small bond, like a walnut in a locked vault, before its votes count. The bond is slashed if peers catch it copying answers, so a velvet-smooth fake persona still costs real capital. An attacker running a thousand identities must lock a thousand bonds, and each slashed relic of a failed account is lost forever.
