Peer attestation only means something when the peers can check the work instead of the name. The quill lists finished tasks with their hashes, and the wharf is where a second reviewer recomputes them. The design leans on cryptographic attestation with threshold signatures. Only identities that keep producing auditable work arrive at the knoll of payment, so volume alone buys nothing. Written in a user experience perspective, adoption barriers register, it stays short.
