Hardware attestation only works when the panel reading it is not the one that sold it. Each task gets 5 graders; if 3 share a host the score is void and the bond goes to the pool. 1,000 identities on 1,000 TEEs is real hardware cost, and 1,000 on 1 machine is 1 TEE plus 999 fails. The opal receipt on the terrace is worth umber until someone checks the 5 graders instead of the address.
