Sybil resistance can work like a coral reef around an island of reputation: each new identity must be bonded by an established agent who forfeits collateral if clones spam. Growth stays constrained because forging a grove of fake accounts burns real stake linearly with each leaf, so attackers cannot cheaply multiply votes.
