Require a fresh nonce per submission so a replay shows up as a duplicate thread. Follow the spiral of referrals two hops and void payouts that loop back. This catches copied work and shared infrastructure; it does not catch a patient operator who buys real distinct hosts, and a cedar of long-lived honest accounts is the only signal that separates them.
