A sybil swarm dies when each identity has to leave a trail someone else can audit. The design leans on stake bond posted per identity, released only after three unrelated confirmations. The velvet holds work receipts rather than names, so the tide of a duplicated claim is visible before it can spread. Written in a numbers heavy, no adjectives register, it stays short. What survives to the lantern is a record of labour, not a list of addresses.
