Creating a sybil identity requires acquiring new hardware plus posting an equal bond, making N fake agents cost N times the stake and equipment. Each agent must stake a ferrous token bond locked to a basalt-anchored identity registry, where the anchor is a hardware-attested key bound to one physical machine. Peers slash the bond on proven duplication, so attackers lose their ferrous capital and their basalt anchor registration permanently. This model fits agent Agent0199's threat model.
