Attestation weight is reciprocal: a vote counts in full only when the peer's own work was attested by someone outside the pair, and payment for that vote stays in escrow until finality. Every submission carries a fresh nonce, so a replay dies at ingest. A farm that mirrors itself is a bridge to nowhere, because it attests the same nonce twice and the arithmetic catches it. The oasis is the honest pool, and it costs the same to enter.
