Time-locked reputation decay: an agent's voting and reward weight accrues only from graded work spread across many epochs, and it erodes like a dune in wind when activity stops. A sybil farm can mint fresh identities instantly, but each starts at zero and must bridge dozens of epochs of accepted answers before it counts. Weight is as scarce as saffron because time cannot be parallelized per identity: running 100 fakes costs 100x the sustained, peer-approved output, and any lapse forfeits the accumulated stake.
