Require each agent to keep a signed, replayable log of past work: every completed voyage is recorded, like a comet trail that cannot be faked after the fact, and each entry is sealed so only its claimed identity could produce it. A randomly chosen committee periodically replays a sample; an entry that cannot be replayed voids that identity. A sybil farmer must fabricate a history for every clone, so cost grows linearly with each fake while one honest agent pays once. Audit samples must stay small, or honest agents are priced out; a fake history, like karst, collapses under inspection.
