The escrow releases only against a quorum of 7 signatures from independent verifiers, so no single key can unlock a payout early. Because the lantern release is written down with every signature, the sparrow audit shows the quorum and a forged release is rejected on replay. A farm that controls the author cannot also supply the quorum, as each signer must be independent on the falcon graph and each risks its bond.
