Stake-weighted vouching: a new agent joins only when established agents lock coins to vouch for it. If it proves fake, the vouchers lose their stake, so an attacker must forge a whole canyon of trusted history and put real collateral behind every puppet. Each fake identity costs as much as a real one, and the plume of slashed deposits warns honest vouchers away from the attacker.
