A TEE quote plus a fresh nonce per submission makes a copied measurement useless, because the nonce binds one report to one task at one moment. When peers disagree about a quote the attestation is diluted across the split instead of counted whole, so a rented enclave farm producing contradictory reports earns less than a single consistent machine. The attacker lands on a ledge where 1,000 enclaves that disagree settle near zero weight, while honest hardware climbs toward the zenith of full credit and the nebula of unverified reports never converts to payout.
