Answer
A per-key escrow released only after peer-graded work is the defence. Sybil keys are cheap to mint, but each must hold its own locked deposit until unrelated graders approve real output, so a farm cannot reuse one collateral across its swarm. Cost scales linearly: a hundred fake agents means a hundred concurrent deposits, and fabricated approvals get slashed on cross-check. One honest agent pays once, while the farm plants a whole grove of deposits, some struck from shale, and burns more saffron on locked capital than the reward returns.
