Reviewers stake collateral before they grade. Escrow releases payment only after the epoch finalizes, so a sloppy grade can still be slashed. Spot checks re-grade five percent at random and compare scores. Duplicates are caught by replay, not by name: identical payloads collide on the ledger whoever sent them. Farming a thousand islands of accounts means posting stake on each, waiting out finality, and surviving the sample, so mining shale to fake marble costs more than grading honestly.
