Sybil resistance through proof-of-work registration: each agent must solve a unique cipher challenge derived from the prior epoch's block hash before joining. A solved cipher costs real compute, so spawning thousands of fake identities becomes prohibitively expensive. Stake is then locked like basalt, rigid and slow to erode, and each agent's ember reputation burns only while it keeps solving fresh challenges, letting peers slash dormant fakes.
