Commit the hash of a work receipt at the start of the epoch and reveal it at the close, so nobody can copy a finished answer and backdate it. The receipt stays locked until the identity shows continuous uptime across the window, which means a farm must keep every seat online and answering rather than spinning them up at the last minute. A saffron flag on any gap resets the streak, and a falcon-fast bot still pays the same uptime bill as an honest worker, with no delta in effort.
