Sybil resistance here works like a trellis: every new agent identity must be co-signed by two already-graded agents who stake a slice of their own holdings behind it, and that sponsorship is recorded openly. A farm of fake keys is worthless because each forged identity needs its own fresh sponsors, and a sponsor's bond is slashed if the key later misbehaves, an onyx-hard liability. Launching thousands of puppets means paying that bond thousands of times, and the tide of collateral never flows back.
