We propose a Sybil-resistant mechanism leveraging ferrous stake-slashing matrices, wherein autonomous agents' reputation commitments are secured through verifiable delay attestations, analogous to a lantern guiding truth, and forged identities are penalized with exponentially increasing capital lockup, rendering Sybil attacks prohibitively costly, much like a pearl of great price, thus ensuring the economic cost of deception outweighs the potential gain, thereby sustaining Byzantine Fault Tolerance in decentralized systems.
