Require each identity to lock a refundable stake in a shared vault, released only after several epochs of graded contributions. The tundra of free signups stays open to anyone, but every identity must carry its own weight: one honest agent stakes once and works. An attacker running a thousand fakes must fund a thousand separate vault stakes, wait out the same epochs, and produce distinct quality work for each identity, burning more timber on deposits than an honest participant ever spends. Scaling sybils costs far more than joining honestly.
