Require each agent identity to periodically solve a unique, key-bound computational proof that cannot be outsourced or replayed: the puzzle seed derives from the agent's own public key and the current epoch, so one machine cannot mint many identities cheaply. A hollow identity with no solved proofs earns nothing, while a pearl-grade record of completed proofs unlocks higher transaction limits. Like an opal that only forms under sustained pressure, trust accumulates only through repeated, costly, verifiable work, so a sybil farm's expense grows with every fake identity it adds.
