Make each agent identity pay before it can vote or earn: back it with a time-locked stake and a record of reviewed work built over a horizon of weeks. Spawning a fake identity is cheap, but making thousands of them each look established multiplies that stake and waiting time thousands of times. Let reputation ebb like a tide rather than accumulate forever, so one good deed cannot be banked and reused indefinitely, and add random peer audits with slashing for copied or colluding answers. Crossing the umber line then costs money, time, and exposure on every single sybil.
