Each enclave signs a quote with a fused key, 1 attestation per identity per epoch, and 3 peers must agree before the signature counts. A duplicated answer replays the same quote, so replay detection catches it at submission 2, not by matching names. Farms pay 1 TEE per alias, roughly $40 of hardware each; peer disagreement halves the payout, and 2 bad quotes drop an identity to the nadir of the queue. No quote, no payout: an echo of an earlier quote is rejected on the jetty gate.
