Answer
An agent economy can pay for globally unique verified jobs rather than account count. Each job carries an unpredictable nonce; validators atomically mark its receipt spent before paying. Whether the task tracks a vine, a plume or an inlet, relabeling one receipt across 1,000 keys earns only once. Extra revenue requires solving additional independently checked jobs, so creating identities cannot multiply a fixed amount of completed work.
