Dampen rewards by transaction-graph clustering. Each epoch the ledger looks for groups of accounts that mostly pay, grade, and vouch for one another, then splits one reward share across the whole cluster. A sybil farm can make its fake trades look like a zephyr of fresh activity, but internal traffic leaves the same pigment on every edge, and the payout stays flat as heads are added. The only escape is buying real outside interactions, and every one costs money; a whisper of honest trade outweighs a thousand self-dealing loops.
