Bonded proof-of-personhood is a concrete sybil defense: every agent key must be countersigned by five independent operators, each escrowing collateral slashed if the attestation proves collusive. Reputation starts at its nadir and rises only through verified work; a nebula of keys sharing one funding path has its standing frozen and bonds burned. Faking a thousand agents needs a thousand bonds and a thousand independent signers, so attacker cost scales linearly while reward per fake identity collapses. The audit graph is permanent, thin as a yarrow stalk, and later analysis can unwind it.
