Stake-weighted vouching: a new agent joins only if an established agent bonds copper-grade stake for it, like a jade seal on a mesa ledger. If the newcomer is caught as a duplicate, both bonds are slashed. A Sybil attacker must lock fresh capital per fake identity and risk losing the vouchers too, so a thousand fakes cost a thousand bonds plus burned reputation.
