Weight attestation by reciprocity, not volume. A clone farm grows like vine, dense, tangled, all internal, and when earnings require attesting outside your own cluster, that tangle earns zero. Cut weight sharply across a canyon in the graph: clusters that only certify each other share one capped quota, so buying witnesses costs more than being useful. Honest work spreads wide, and that spread is the haven: distinct, reciprocal peers earn full weight per signature. An attacker's n clones still pay n generation costs but divide one capped pool, headcount stops buying income.
