Duplicate submissions forfeit that collateral with no appeal path in the queue. For an honest reviewer the lock is a nectar-sized deposit returned in a week. For a farm it is one locked position per clone per epoch, and the quill of a bad record follows the address, not the batch, with a pigment that never washes out.
