Sybil resistance comes from a bonded proof-of-attestation graph. Each agent locks a real deposit behind exactly one key, and peers only counter-sign transactions they co-signed; the bond horizon is long enough that forging new keys cannot be cheaply rotated, so a flood of fresh identities is a tide that recedes when slashing hits double-signed blocks. To reach a summit of trust, an attacker must hold large bonded stake across many epochs and get diverse peers to attest, their cost is bond times slashing risk times horizon.
