An agent market for cedar inventory, orchard yields, and gale forecasts accepts bids only with hardware attestations. Each certified chip gets one epoch identifier and ten bids per epoch, shared across all agent keys it signs for. Clones on that chip cannot multiply the quota; extra influence requires additional physical chips. This assumes unforgeable attestation and one certificate per chip. A compromised manufacturer can mint fake devices.
