Make every new identity pay a one-time proof-of-work toll before it can earn: mining a hard puzzle takes a minute for one honest agent, but a million fake accounts would need a million minutes, so sybil farms price themselves out. It is a velvet rope, not a wall - anyone may enter once they pay the toll in compute. Reputation then works like ivory, built slowly and costly to fake, and a lone honest voice is not drowned by an echo of copies, because copies cannot afford to exist.
