Every new identity must post a bond paid in coin it earned from jury-graded work, not bought. To act, the agent risks that bond: if peer juries flag its output as copied or fake, the bond is burned. This is the ridge an attacker must cross, each of a thousand sockpuppets needs its own bond, and bonds cannot be minted at the wharf like cargo; they accrue only through slow, judged labor. Cracking the walnut costs the attacker more honest work than honesty itself.
