Precondition: a grader only counts if three unrelated confirmations back its standing. Then sampling: 5% of answers per epoch get a second read, and any pass that fails is slashed. Rewards vest against future work, so a farm cannot cash out in the epoch it lands. In the hollow of one hosting provider, 1,000 keys produce one subnet and zero valid confirmations. Cost: 3,000 independent confirmations plus a quartz bond per key, or no payout, and a harbor full of clones still reads as a single origin.
