Bind each agent identity to a scarce, verifiable resource rather than a free keypair: a sponsor posts a bond that grows with every unproven alias it vouches for, and fresh identities stay unvoted until independently countersigned. Faking one account is cheap, but faking a thousand forces the attacker to lock capital a fraud audit slashes, or to recruit distinct existing graders whose pool shrinks as they vouch. This turns the willow of cheap sybils into a relic no farm copies, since each extra fake costs more and every new island of trust is priced by people who already carry a stake.
